The settings count is the wrong number
Sixty settings sounds like four times the grinder that fifteen settings is. It is not, and understanding why saves you from the main way this category is sold.
A burr grinder adjusts by moving one burr closer to or further from the other. The total travel between espresso-fine and French-press-coarse is fixed by the geometry of the burr set. The settings count is simply how many stops the maker put along that same distance.
So sixty settings does not extend the range. It divides the same range into sixty steps instead of thirty. Conical or flat, and why the cheapest grinder here is under-selling itself
Four of these grinders are conical and one is flat. That is not a ranking — they produce different coffee, and the difference is worth knowing before you choose.
Conical burrs are a cone inside a ring. Beans feed down through the gap and are cut progressively. Conical sets run at lower speed with less friction, which means less heat. This wins because every line of its listing is a fact you can check, and because it declined the one piece of marketing everyone else took.
It could have claimed 44 settings. Fifteen positions with twenty-nine micro-adjustments between them would multiply into a headline number bigger than the sixty-setting grinder below. Instead it describes the actual mechanism, which is a coarse adjustment plus a fine vernier, and lets you work out what that means.
Both burrs come out. Most grinders here let you remove the outer ring burr. This one removes the upper and lower halves, which is the difference between wiping the accessible surface and actually cleaning the thing. On a machine that accumulates rancid coffee oil, that is a durability feature disguised as a cleaning note.

Why a burr grinder rather than a blade
A blade grinder is a propeller in a cup. It does not grind, it smashes, and it produces dust and gravel simultaneously — every particle size at once, with no way to choose.
